Michelada
The Michelada is a refreshing and flavorful Mexican cocktail that’s the perfect mix of tangy, spicy, and savory. Made with a light beer base, it’s enhanced with fresh lime juice, a splash of tomato or clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a pinch of spices.

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pure chile powder
1 lime, halved
Dash of Tapatio Hot Sauce
1 (12-ounce) chilled beer (preferably Mexican and dark)
DIRECTIONS
Stir together kosher salt and chili powder on a plate. Run a lime half around edge of a pint glass, then turn glass over onto plate and rotate to attach salt mixture.
Add lime juice and Tapatio Hot Sauce to glass, then top with beer.
Servings: Makes 1 drink.
